1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the Continental United States (the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C.), as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
- Please Note: We do not currently offer shipping to U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.), or international destinations.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- High Demand Periods: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Shipping Options & Costs
A. Standard Shipping (Continental US)
- Cost: FREE
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Carrier: Orders are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package size and destination.
B. Expedited Shipping (Continental US)
- Cost: A flat fee of $9.99*
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Carrier: Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, please understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. These may include:

- Carrier delays
- High volume periods (e.g., holidays)
- Incorrect or incomplete address information

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@livinglegacyqr.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
